aspect of Rt forearm. Rt forearm had near total amputation.<\/strong><\/h5><\/div><p>45-year male patient had to swell of Rt forearm since 10 to 12 years. The swelling was gradually increasing in size to attain present huge swelling of the forearm.<\/p><p>After doing all the relevant investigations surgery was planned. During surgery, the swelling was carefully separated from brachial, radial, ulnar arteries. Median nerve was going through a tumour which was carefully separated under the microscope. Swelling 15cm X 8cm was excised. It was fibrolipoma on histopathological examination. At present his Rt forearm was looking completely normal like opposite
