due to the sharp steel sheet. Underlying bone was exposed.<br \/>Moberg Flap was raised from the same thumb and advanced to cover the exposed bone of thumb tip.<br \/>Now the patient is doing all activities with his Rt Thumb.<\/p><p><strong>Advantages of this surgery:<\/strong><\/p><p>1. It is cosmetically well accepted.<\/p><p>2. Sensations of the tip of thumb were preserved as the flap contain digital nerves.<\/p><p>3.
